Ingredients

  • 120 g Medium Poha (washed and drained)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Jaggery Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves
  • 15 g Raw Peanuts
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 30 ml Water
  • 5 g Grated Coconut

Prepare Poha and add tempering

Wash the Poha in a sieve and mix with salt and jaggery powder in a separate bowl. Add ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and raw peanuts to The Upliance jar.

Temper the spices

The device will now sauté the ingredients on medium heat for 2 minutes with automatic stirring to roast the peanuts and sputter the seeds.

Add Poha and cook

Add the seasoned Poha mixture, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, and water to the jar. The device will mix and cook on low heat for 2 minutes until hot and fragrant.

Serve the dish

The dish is ready. Transfer the Sweet Poha to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh grated coconut.
