Ingredients

  • 40 g Almonds (whole)
  • 40 g Cashews (whole)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee (melted)
  • 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera powder

Instructions

Roast the nuts

Add almonds, cashews, and ghee to the Upliance air fryer basket.

Initial roasting

The device will now roast the nuts on high heat for 2 minutes to crisp them up.

Marinate and finish cooking

Mix roasted nuts with lemon juice, oil, and all spices in a bowl. Return to Upliance. The device will cook on high heat for 6 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Cool and serve

The dish is ready. Remove the nuts and allow them to cool completely to achieve the perfect crunch.
