Ingredients

  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut in half)
  • 14 stems Parsley (washed and trimmed)
  • 100 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (none)
  • 80 g Chicken Boneless (washed)
  • 100 g Sona Masoori Rice (none)
  • 250 ml TetraPak Milk (measure precisely)
  • 200 g Water (none)
  • 10 leaves Basil (trimmed)
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil (none)
  • 20 g Cheese Cube (none)
  • 1 tsp Salt (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes (none)

Instructions

Prepare aromatics and mushrooms

Add peeled garlic, green chilli, onion, parsley, and mushrooms to The Upliance jar. The device will now cut the ingredients finely for approximately 20 seconds.

Add main ingredients and sauté

Attach the Butterfly Blade. Add olive oil, washed chicken, rice, milk, water, basil, dried basil, and cheese to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the mixture on low heat for 3 minutes.

Cook the Risotto

Add salt and black pepper to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the risotto on low heat for 20 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure a creamy texture without burning.

Serve and Garnish

Pour the risotto into a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Garnish with chopped parsley and chilli flakes. The dish is ready.
