Ingredients

  • 600 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 160 g Fusilli Pasta
  • 120 g Beetroot (peeled and cut)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Onion (quartered)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 50 ml TetraPak Milk
  • 25 g Cheese Cube
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 10 leaves Dried Basil (trimmed)

Boil Pasta and Beetroot

Add water, salt, pasta, and beetroot to The Upliance jar. The device will cook them on low heat for about 14 minutes. Once done, strain the contents and set aside.

Prepare the Aromatics

Add peeled garlic and onion to The Upliance jar. The device will chop them automatically. Add oil and select sauté mode on low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Cook the Sauce

Add the cooked beetroot, corn flour, milk, cheese, and seasonings to The Upliance jar. The device will blend and simmer the sauce on low heat for 10 minutes until creamy.

Mix and Serve

Add the boiled pasta back into The Upliance jar. The device will gently mix the pasta with the sauce on low heat for a short duration. Garnish and the dish is ready.
