      Prepare bitter gourd and add tempering ingredients

      First, peel and thinly slice the bitter gourd. Sprinkle with salt and let it sit for 15 minutes, then wash thoroughly. Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 tsp Fennel Seeds, 0.5 tsp Jeera, and 0.25 tsp Hing to The Upliance jar.

      The Upliance will now temper the whole spices on medium heat for 30 seconds with automatic stirring. After tempering, add the prepared bitter gourd, 0.75 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Jaggery Powder, 0.5 tsp Amchur Powder, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, and 50 g Water to the jar.
