Ingredients

  • 1.5 piece Green Chilli (stalk removed)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 150 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 140 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed)
  • 1 piece Bay Leaf
  • 370 g Water
  • 400 ml TetraPak Milk
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1.25 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp Chilli Flakes

Instructions

Prepare aromatics

Add green chillies and coriander leaves to The Upliance jar. The device will chop these ingredients efficiently in 10 seconds.

Sauté corn

Add olive oil and washed sweet corn to the jar. The device will now sauté the aromatics for 30 seconds and the corn for 5 minutes on low heat with automatic stirring.

Cook the risotto

Add washed rice, bay leaf, water, milk, salt, oregano, and black pepper. The device will cook the risotto on low heat for approximately 28 minutes, stirring continuously to create a creamy texture.

Serve

The dish is ready. Transfer the risotto to a serving bowl, garnish with chilli flakes, and enjoy immediately.
