Ingredients

  • 140 g Basmati Rice (washed and soaked)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 inches Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli
  • 150 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 150 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 1.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 380 ml Water
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add spices to jar

Add Ghee, Cinnamon Stick, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaf, and Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds.

The device will cook vegetables

Add Frozen Peas, Sweet Corn, Kashmiri Mirch, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, and Salt. The device will sauté the vegetables on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add rice and cook

Add the strained Basmati Rice and 380 ml water to the jar. The device will cook the Pulao on low heat for 27 minutes until rice is tender.

The dish is ready

Let the rice rest in The Upliance jar for 10 minutes to fluff out. Garnish with minced Coriander Leaves and serve hot.
