Add garlic, ginger, onion, and dried red chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the ingredients for 10 seconds at speed 12, followed by 25 seconds at speed 3. Scrape the sides.
Add brown sugar, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, and corn flour to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the sauce at 95°C for 180 seconds at speed 14 with automatic stirring. Set stir duty to 6 and stir angle to 140. Cover with lid.
Add sliced button mushrooms, green chilli, capsicum, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the mushroom and vegetables at 95°C. First for 300 seconds at speed 13, then for 900 seconds at speed 14, with automatic stirring. Remove the lid.
Garnish with spring onion greens. Kung Pao Mushroom is now ready to be served. The Upliance 2.0 will keep it warm until serving.
